With rehab underway, Matt, Sean and Vincius are hard at work. Vincius is a student from Brazil who is part of an international program of which Barrier island Station participates. This day they were re-attaching the newly carpeted stairs to the spiral staircase.

This was a big job, but our fellows worked together and accomplished their mission...to make our units almost new again!

Celle is one of our most gifted maintenance workers...he can paint and repair appliances or re-wire the electric! We're lucky to have him!

We at Barrier Island welcome the foreign student, who applies through various programs to come to America for periodic work. Fernando is one of those students who has come to work from Brazil.
