CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
  • AQUAFIT - use the resistance of the water to strengthen muscles and provide a cardiovascular workout, while cushioning the joints a great work out for all ages and abilities (45 minutes)
  • BASIC - easy-to-follow footwork incorporated with stretches and mat work (45 minutes)
  • COMBO - low impact, light weight training, and abdominal exercises (45 minutes)
  • DEEP WATER - shallow and deep water - using floatation devices, water bells, resistance gloves (all are available for purchase at the front desk (45 minutes)
  • INTENSE STEP plus hi-lo combination - run, jump, hop, skip, walk, and/or box keeping the heart rate within the training heart rate zone (45 minutes)

  • LWT - light weight training for the upper body using hand-held weights (30 minutes)
  • TAEKWONDO - a Korean martial art with an emphasis on kicking - all ability levels are welcome - includes mental discipline (60 minutes)
  • FITNESS YOGA AND PILATES - increase joint range of motion, muscle length, muscle strength, and improve body alignment with core body stabilization (45 minutes)

(ALL CLASSES ARE FOR AGES 18 AND ABOVE - NO SPECTATORS ARE ALLOWED IN THE FITNESS CLASS ROOM)
