Please remember when you fill out the proxy cards not to return them if they are not valid. The Association receives a large quantity of invalid cards back at a cost of $0.83 a piece to the Association.
An invalid proxy card would consist of the following:

Missing one or more of the owners signature(s)

Having no Proxy (Attorney in Fact) selected

Missing one or more of the owners' signature(s) and no proxy (attorney in fact) selected
A proxy (attorney in fact) can be any individual you wish to represent you and your vote at the annual meetings. You may also submit a proxy if there is a chance you may not be able to attend. Once present at the meeting your proxy card will be returned to you to vote in person on the issues. Please do not return invalid proxy cards, it cost the association money and they will be of no use at the annual meetings. It is okay not to return a proxy card if you wish for your vote not to count, if you cannot be present for the meeting.
